Active Shooter Training
The Louisville Metro Police Department will be offering a Active Shooter Instructor Course at the Louisville Metro Police Training Academy August 6th-10th , 2012. This course is something that every department should have. You send a few officers to this course and you get a certified Active Shooter Instructor at the end that can spread the knowledge of this training throughout your department or company.
If you are interested in this training please go to the below website and sign up for this class. This course will be submitted for approval to KLEC. If and when this class is approved you will be able to get your 40 hour in-service credit for this class as a Kentucky Law Enforcement officer.
